Our stay at Chisun Inn was great! The price was much lower compared to other hotels in the area. Although the bed was a bit uncomfortable, it was still worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and there are taxis readily available. The bathroom was clean and had strong water pressure. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was new and clean. The unit bath was spacious and we loved that we could control the air conditioner temperature by ourselves. We were also grateful for the free parking and the easy access to transportation. It was only a 30 minute walk from the train station or a short cab ride away. Additionally, there were many restaurants and the town centre was nearby. The staff was kind and welcoming, and check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was also okay.

Spent a wonderful New Year holiday in Karuizawa and stayed at a hotel with great quality for money. The hotel offered free stay for kids under 12 years old and their breakfast was quite well-prepared. the hotel is located in a quiet area, which was a great relief from the bustling city life. The room was cozy and offered all essential amenities.

The hotel is not located near train stations, so it was quite challenging to get there without a car. , the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and was pretty unstable at times.
